Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings at Bell Tent Village Parks are subject to the following strict cancellation terms. By completing a booking, you agree to these conditions.

Cancellations

  • No refunds are issued for any cancellations made 7 days after the booking is completed.

  • No refunds are issued within 30 days of your arrival date.

  • No refunds or partial refunds are given for bad weather, late arrival, early departure, or unused nights.

All payments, deposits, and balances are non-refundable after these timeframes.

Amending Your Booking

  • Bookings cannot be amended within 30 days of arrival.

  • Date changes requested more than 30 days before arrival are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

  • Only one date change is permitted per booking.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive and have not contacted us, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
No refunds will be provided.

Weather Conditions

Bell Tent Village Parks operates in all normal UK weather conditions.
Poor weather does not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
If we deem the site unsafe and must cancel your stay, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free date change to another available date.

Group, Hen & Event Bookings

Due to the preparation required for group and event stays:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Reductions in group size are not refundable.

  • Cancellations follow the same rules listed above.

Refund Process

If a refund is due under these terms, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
