Bell Tent Village Parks – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Bell Tent Village Parks and any associated locations operated by, or on behalf of, Bell Tent Village Parks.

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Bell Tent Village Parks.

Payment terms will be displayed during the booking process and must be completed in accordance with the booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion where necessary.

3. Amendments

Requests to amend bookings should be submitted by email to:

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate changes, amendments cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations

Within 7 Days of Booking

If you change your mind within 7 days of making your booking, we will provide a full refund.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If Bell Tent Village Parks cancels or postpones an event, guests will be offered either:

  • A full refund; or

  • An alternative date, subject to availability.

Serious Illness

Where a guest is unable to attend due to serious illness, we may offer a transfer to a future date at our discretion. Medical evidence may be requested.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard Camping & Glamping Stays

Check-in: 3:00pm

Check-out: 10:00am

Exclusive Hire, Hen & Stag Bookings

Check-in: 3:00pm

Check-out: 12:00pm

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge and are subject to availability.

6. Site Rules

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay:

  • Respect fellow guests, staff and neighbouring properties.

  • Keep noise to a minimum after 9:30pm.

  • Quiet hours apply from 10:30pm.

  • Vehicle speeds must not exceed 5mph.

  • Open fires are prohibited.

  • Generators are not permitted.

  • Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund where behaviour is deemed unacceptable.

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are NOT prohibited inside all accommodation units, communal buildings and enclosed facilities.

A cleaning and damage charge of up to £200 may be applied where evidence of smoking is found.

Guests who fail to comply may be asked to leave without refund.

8. Children

Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.

Play areas and facilities must be used under appropriate supervision.

9. Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Dogs must:

  • Remain on a lead at all times.

  • Not be left unattended.

  • Be cleaned up after immediately.

Any damage caused by pets will be chargeable to the booking holder.

10. Safety

For emergencies requiring immediate assistance, call 999.

Guests must follow all health and safety instructions provided by staff.

Any hazards or maintenance issues should be reported immediately.

11. Activities

Some activities available through Bell Tent Village Parks may be operated by independent third-party providers.

Participation in such activities is subject to the provider's own terms, conditions and safety requirements.

Bell Tent Village Parks acts as a booking intermediary where applicable and accepts no responsibility for activities operated by third parties.

12. Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings during their stay.

Bell Tent Village Parks accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property, vehicles or equipment except where required by law.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, members of their party or their pets.

13. Data Protection

Personal information provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

14. Company Information

Bell Tent Village Parks is a trading brand owned by Lowther Living Group and operated by its associated companies and authorised operators, including Lux & Lav Ltd, Sparkle your events.

15. Brand Ownership & Site Operations

Bell Tent Village Parks is a trading brand owned by Lowther Living Group.

Sites, locations, events and services marketed under the Bell Tent Village Parks brand may be owned, operated, managed or delivered by Lowther Living Group, Lux & Lav Ltd, associated companies, franchise partners, landowners, management companies or authorised operators acting under licence or agreement.

Guests acknowledge that the operating entity responsible for a particular location, event or service may vary and will be identified where appropriate during the booking process or upon request.

All bookings remain subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions, site rules and policies of the relevant operating entity.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions shall prevent Bell Tent Village Parks, Lowther Living Group or its associated companies from appointing third-party operators, management companies, franchisees or partners to operate locations or services under the Bell Tent Village Parks brand.
