Why Membership is Required

Bell Tent Village Parks Club is a recreational organisation established to promote camping, outdoor recreation, wellbeing, nature appreciation and associated leisure activities.

Many of the locations made available to members operate under different permissions, exemptions, agreements and planning arrangements depending on the site and local authority requirements.

To ensure compliance with the operational requirements applicable to each location, all guests staying at Club-operated sites are required to hold a valid Club membership.

Where an individual is not already a member, membership is automatically granted as part of the booking process and remains subject to the Club's Membership Terms and Conditions.

Membership allows individuals and families to participate in the Club's recreational activities and access facilities made available through Bell Tent Village Parks Club and its partner locations.

Membership of Bell Tent Village Parks Club

Bell Tent Village Parks operates as a private members' camping and outdoor recreation club.

To stay at any Bell Tent Village Parks location, all guests must be members of the Club.

Becoming a Member

If you are not already a member, membership is automatically offered as part of the booking process.

Upon submitting a booking request, guests will receive confirmation that they have been enrolled as a Club Member and are subject to the Club's rules, terms and conditions.

Membership is provided without additional charge and remains valid unless terminated by either party.

Purpose of Membership

The Club exists to promote and facilitate outdoor recreation, camping, glamping, educational activities, wellbeing, family recreation, nature appreciation and related leisure pursuits.

Membership allows individuals and families to participate in these activities at Bell Tent Village Parks locations and associated events.

Member Responsibilities

All members agree to:

  • Respect fellow members, staff, neighbouring properties and the local environment.

  • Follow site rules, safety requirements and any instructions issued by Club representatives.

  • Maintain appropriate behaviour at all times.

  • Comply with arrival, departure and quiet hour requirements.

  • Leave facilities and pitches in a clean and tidy condition.

Club Rules

The Club reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where a member:

  • Breaches Club rules or terms and conditions.

  • Causes nuisance, disturbance or damage.

  • Acts in a manner that may bring the Club into disrepute.

  • Compromises the safety, enjoyment or welfare of other members.

Acceptance

By submitting a booking request, members acknowledge and accept these Membership Terms together with the Bell Tent Village Parks Booking Terms and Conditions.
