Founder is our most ambitious PARKS membership. Instead of receiving a fixed number of complimentary nights, Founder members can book eligible Sunday–Thursday stays throughout their active membership year.
There is no fixed annual complimentary-night allowance. Stay again. Come back again. Make PARKS somewhere you use throughout the year.
Don't just discover the future of outdoor living. Help us create it.
Founder is designed for people who want Bell Tent Village PARKS to become part of their lifestyle — not simply somewhere they visit once a year.
Bell Tent Village PARKS is starting in Nottingham, but the ambition is to develop an expanding network of outdoor destinations over time. Founder members can experience selected ideas, share feedback and be part of that journey as new participating PARKS locations become available.
You don't need to spend £999 to be part of PARKS. Join free through The Collective, save on stays with Explorer, or receive three complimentary weekday nights with Pioneer.
Your free entry into the Bell Tent Village PARKS community.
For regular PARKS guests who want their membership working for them whenever they stay.
For members who want several proper PARKS escapes already built into their year.
From free membership through to unlimited eligible weekday stays.

Membership benefits remain subject to availability and reasonable booking rules so PARKS can remain accessible to members, paying guests and private bookings.
Complimentary weekday stays apply to eligible Sunday–Thursday nights. Friday and Saturday are weekend nights.
Founder members can book a maximum of two complimentary nights in any one booking. Further eligible stays may be booked separately, subject to availability and the membership rules.
Complimentary stays are not guaranteed on every date or in every accommodation unit. Membership inventory may vary by date, location and demand.
Complimentary-night benefits may exclude school holidays, bank holidays, major events, exclusive site hires and selected high-demand dates.
Where additional guest charges apply, additional guests are charged at the normal applicable rate. If an additional guest holds their own eligible paid membership, they may receive the discount relevant to their membership, subject to the booking rules.
Member discounts and complimentary stays cannot normally be combined with Black Friday offers, promotional codes, exclusive group hire or other discounted promotions.
Complimentary stays apply to one eligible standard accommodation unit. Premium accommodation, upgrades, extras and experiences may carry additional charges.
Paid memberships are attached to the named member or household and cannot be resold, transferred for commercial use or exchanged for cash.
Repeated no-shows, speculative booking, misuse of complimentary inventory or abuse of membership benefits may result in restrictions.
Founder membership has no fixed annual number of complimentary eligible weekday nights. It does not mean that every date, accommodation unit or future PARKS location will always be available. Founder stays remain subject to availability, participating locations, selected inventory, excluded dates and the maximum two complimentary nights per booking.
