Group booking FAQ

Do we get the whole area to ourselves?

Yes — your group has its own private hen area with tents and garden space.
You may share the main glamping site with other groups, but your section is exclusive to you.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Across the full site we can host up to 100 guests.
Typical hen groups are 10–40, but we can scale up if needed.

Can we bring our own food and drink?

Yes — you can bring all your own food and alcohol.
Or, if you want a stress-free weekend, you can let us handle everything from BBQs to breakfast.

What facilities are on-site?

Shared toilets, hot showers and wash stations, cleaned daily.
Your group also has a private garden area, 16-seater table, BBQ zone and seating.

Is there electricity in the tents?

Yes. Every tent includes lighting, plug sockets and a fridge.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available for up to 3 cars.
Additional cars can be dropped off and moved to nearby parking if needed.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in: 3pm

  • Check-out: 10am

Can we get early check-in or late checkout?

Yes — for £50 you can upgrade to:

  • 12 noon check-in

  • 12 noon checkout

Can we play music?

Yes, respectful volume is fine. We want you to enjoy the weekend.

What activities can we do nearby?

You’ll have access to great Nottingham activities including:
paddle boarding, water sports, go-karting, horse riding, cocktails, garden games, sunset picnics and more.

Do you offer wellness activities?

Yes — we can arrange yoga, breathwork and other relaxing sessions depending on availability.

How does payment work?

A deposit secures your dates.
The remaining balance is due before your stay. Flexible options available if needed.

Can we book activities through you?

Yes — tell us your plans and we’ll help arrange bookings or connect you with trusted local partners.

Can we decorate the space?

Yes — feel free to bring décor, banners and table setups (no fireworks or sky lanterns).
