Do I need to choose my date when I buy?
No. You can purchase your tickets first and redeem them against an eligible available date later.
Are dates guaranteed?
No. All redemptions are subject to availability. Buying a ticket secures the offer but does not reserve a specific arrival date until the redemption booking is confirmed.
When must I use my ticket?
Black Friday stay tickets must be redeemed against an eligible stay between April and October 2027.
How many tickets do I need?
Tickets are sold per person. If two people are staying, you need two tickets. Four guests require four tickets.
Can I stay for more than one night?
Yes. Choose the number of nights required when selecting your stay option.
Can I give the ticket to somebody else?
Yes. Black Friday stay tickets can be gifted, allowing the recipient to redeem the stay against an eligible available date later.
Is the offer valid at weekends?
No. The Black Friday accommodation offer applies to eligible Sunday–Thursday stays only. Friday and Saturday nights are not included.
Are the sauna and hot tub included?
No. Sauna and hot-tub access are separate add-ons. If you would like to use them during your stay, add the required wellness session separately.
Do children also need a ticket?
The offer is priced per guest, so every guest included in the stay should have the appropriate ticket unless the individual ticket terms state otherwise.
Can I use these tickets for a hen, stag or organised event?
These tickets are intended for normal midweek glamping stays. Hen weekends, stag weekends, corporate events, weddings and larger celebrations are handled separately through our group booking team.
